The vision of ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD. is to be the leader in providing best solutions in Existing Tower Up gradation, Strengthening Solution, New Tower Construction Designing & Site Management and 3rd Party Audit. To do the task it has requisite know how to manage data base and provide solutions to services as per requirement of client. It has the required software platforms for Designing Towers, Survey, Testing as per the needs of clients. In moving towards this vision, the company has developed relationships with core telecom tower companies, telecom operators such as Reliance.

ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD. provides Single Window for the Development of Cell Site, which include Preliminary Survey for the selection of site, Site Acquisition, Foundation Design, Foundation audit, Tower Erection construction & Supervision, Tower Audit & Electrical audit. It has future to do O & M audit for tower sites. We also plan to provide automation of tower monitoring services for passive infrastructure.

ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD.   offers integrated services for the Telecom/ Broad band infrastructure Project as under: –

(1) Site Feasibility Survey:

The Site feasibility survey will be Conducted for the GBT/RTT site for checking the suitability of the Site for the installation of desired infrastructure like Tower, shelter and DG Set for the cell site.

(2) Material Testing & Soil Investigation:

The Company has in House testing Facility for the testing of Civil Engineering material (i.e. Cement, Coarse sand, Fine Sand, Water), Cube Test & Various test required in the Geo Technical Investigation.

(3) Non-Destructive Testing:

The Modern Trend is use “Non-Destructive Testing”, Using the method which are either Non-Destructive or Cause only Limited Damage. The “ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD.” Provide the Non-Destructive testing Facility by Using the “Rebound Hammer test, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity test, Pile Integrity test”. These tests are performed on the hard Surface of the concrete, to ascertain the following:

  • Spacing of the reinforcements in raft/ Columns.
  • Compressive strength of the Concrete in the Raft/ Beams/ Columns
  • To Check the Depth of the Crack on the concrete surface.
  • Checking of Continuity of the Pile / Pile Length.
  • Checking of Profile of the Pile/ Formation of Under reamed Below the Ground.

(4) Tower Design & Tower Detailing:

The Company has been involved in the design and Development of Telecom and Transmission Tower, the Scope of work will include Design for Ground Based & Roof Top Tower, Design Checking & Strengthening analysis of Existing Tower for change antenna loading, Wind Pressure and Design Parameters. Strengthening Solution of Existing Tower for additional antenna loading. Preparation of structural Assemble Drawing, Fabrication Drawings, Shop Drawing & Bill of material.

(5) Site Specific Design & Drawings:

Based on the Feasibility study carried out for the cell site. The “ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD.” provide the Recommendation for the use of Standard Design or if required Provide the site-Specific Documentation for the Design of Tower/ Shelter and D G set Foundation for Both RTT and GBT Sites.

(6) Project/Site Management Services:

ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD.  is Providing the Project Management and Site Management services for the Development of Infrastructure required for the Cellular Site. The Project Management Services Will include the Day to Day follow up with all vendors, Logistic Control from the Warehouse and verification of the Vendor Invoice. The Company will also Provide the Operation Support till the site is handed over the O&M team.

(7) Quality Audit Services:

ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD. is providing the “Quality Audit Checking Services” for the Tower Foundation Civil Work, Tower Fabrication work (Pre-Dispatch Work), Tower Erection work (Post Installation Work), Electrical work (both indoor and Outdoor Work) and EB Work. The Quality audit services is provided for both the Ongoing Site and Completed site.

(8) Sharing Feasibility Study for Sharing of Sites:

ZCC TECHNO PVT. LTD. is Providing the Consultancy Services for checking the Feasibility of existing site for the additional Antenna Loading on the Existing Tower. The Scope of Services will include the Checking of the Suitability of the Building, tower Foundation and Tower for the Existing and Proposed Antenna Loading. In the Absence of the tower Design data, the Reverse Engineering is Performed on the tower to check the FOS of the tower in the Present Condition and then the suitability of the tower the Additional Loading.
